I cancled my HL awhile back, and now i want to get back online. So i log on my account and the cc info was missing, so i input a new cc. So i spend awhile looking on the site on how to renew, so i look in the faq and it says to click your serial number. Well the box just says

Game: Serial#/access key:



and its blank. Nothing there. So i try to find a number to call,I find a support number in the booklet. I call it (not even a 1800 number http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_argh.gif) And theres no live support option! Anyone ever have this problem? I wanna get back on pso http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif Please dont move this topic... Double sabers own..

wtf? i emailed sega about how i cant reactivate and i got this back...

Your user name and password are case sensitive.

You can go online to http://www.sega.com/pso_gcn to request your
user name and password so you can verify you are entering them correctly.
