Lately I've been getting tired of mines. Why you ask? Because I've been through it countless times looking for that darn photon launcher. Now I know it isn't the BEST rare in the world, in fact there's a lot better. But the fact is that it's just so...cool. Anyway, is there anything little thing I can do to increase my odds of finding it? Thanks.

u want a photon launcher??? well they are useful on 3 of the 4 bosses... good luck finding one.
and when you do you will learn that they arent practical anywhere but boss fights.

Yeah, I know how that can be. I've tried with practically all of my characters to get one, but haven't yet. I don't really care if it's weaker than other weapons I have, I just want one for the sake of having it. Try playing in a different area for a little bit then go back to the Mines and try again, that usually helps.

Have determination it took me 15 runs of hard mines to get my photon launcher and now i'm doing very hard mines for the guilty light. They are great weapons but only for tightly packed crowds and bosses carry a rifle/mechgun/or pistol with you.

I got lucky with my Yellowboze Fomarl. First time against Vol Opt on Hard, the middle item was a Photon Launcher. I found a few Guilty Lights way before I found the PL. I was disappointed they looked the same, just the color changed. Oh well. I haven't used it much.

Photon Launcher? Get a RED SCORPIO same design,save for color, as a PL, but with much better ATP, I found mine from a nano dragon on cave 2, when I wasn't really looking for one. damn this thing kicks!

I get a Guilty Light in every Ult Forest run I do. And that is not a joke. >.>
