Caves online. On vhard I got about 3 nano dragons a large room in caves 1.

additing food quest, keep doing caves one over and over, i think there are like 12. and also, he could be trying to find agito if he was oran...

*snigger* Same advice I give everyone: If you have a spare space, make a PINKAL, any class, doesn't matter, mine's a FOnewm because I liked the one I had on Ver.2, get them to Ult, clear the first three quests, Fake in Yellow, start piping for Pal Rappies.
Seriously. You'll probably get it faster. This applies to anything you're looking for that drops from a rare nasty on another section ID. XP Lavis Cannon? Sinow Red? Wasn't holding my breath on that. Had a REDRIA in Ult because I'd gotten him there for my Red Handgun. Went looking for Pouilly Slimes. 3 days and 8 slimes later, I was taking a nice shiny red box to the tekker. ORAN is satan. Other chars give you a change of pace and better section IDs with which to obtain better rares faster. ^_^
