Does luck affect only your chance to get a lucky hit or does it also improve your chances for finding secret items? My friends and i cant agree on it.

It's just for Critical Hits. Luck has nothing to do with rares.

yep rares are just found.Luck only is for critical hits and having a less chance of getting a critical hit doen to u.
