How do you unlock From the Depths?

The guide says the prereq is to clear Doc's Secret Plan and to open ruins. To open Doc's Secret Plan, the prereq is to clear Secret Delivery. I have completed said quests and still no From the Depths. Am i overlooking something?

this quest is connected w/some other quests in caves & mines..
so try doing Osto's Research & Unsealed doors to get the story going..
if ya trying to get the souleater then follow sue/soul guide in the guides section

Well, i just answered my own question by completing Unsealed Door. From the Depths had yet to appear until i finished that quest. Tier 1, Secret Delivery, Dr. Osto's Research, Unsealed Door, Doc's Secret Plan, and Seek my Master were the only ones completed when From the Depths opened up. An update on the appropriate guide may be neccessary.
