What would be a good frame for me?

I checked the suggested item guide, but that frame didn't have what I wanted.

I'm a FOnewearl, level 84.

I want a rare frame with:

-4 slots (but then again, I could always use add slots... add slots do work on rare frames right?)

-A good MST boost

-Good resistances (especially light and dark)

Good evasion would be nice, as would a special ability that helps my HP or TP.

But defense is basically worthless.

I'd like the level req. to be fairly low. Anything under 150, but hopefully around 100.

What fits the bill? Thanks for any guidance and help. I checked the item list a bit, but going through every frame is pretty time consuming.

I've been recommended the Field before, but I'm not keen on the HP reducing.

The Spirit Garment was one of the frames I saw on the database, but I wasn't sure if the TP recovery was really worth it. But now that someone has recommended it, I'll ask around for it online.

I just got the Spirit Garment (using now) and Guardwave (can use at lvl 101) online.
