problem with mag cells

ok i got a marc 3 lvl 50 mag with 45 dex and 5 def, i have a lvl 108 racastel and i have a kit of master system, when i click on the mastersystem there is no use option, how do i rare evolve it?

Mark 3 is already a rare mag so master system will never work on it.

Umm, doesn't a mag need to be a Mark 3 before evolving into any othe rsystem mag? At least I think it does...

Anyways, i think you need to feed a mag cell to your mag, but i'm not enterily sure...
