Rings: inscripted vs. not inscripted

Is there any difference (stat-wise) between the rings being inscripted or not inscripted?

Uninscrpted rings just say, the thing about there being 7 different color rings. Inscripted says something about if 2 people in same room are wearing the rings itll be more powerful.
