wut level should I be???

I have reached ultimate difficulty and whats a decent level I should be at when starting the caves. I barely beat the forest on ultimate at level 82. Now im level 87 and Im still getting my ass kicked in caves....So wut level shoud I be at????

or just get better gear.

if your a hunter you should be able to beat caves pretty easily at about 85 or so, but don't know about other classes.

With my HUnewearl, which was my first character to get to Ult. I didn't start on Caves until about lv 90 and didn't beat them until lv 100. I'd say take your time and don't move on until you're comfortable. There's nothing wrong with hanging around in the Forest for awhile, since all areas in Ult drop at least a couple decent rares.
