Question number one is, what's the special attack on te pan arm's blade??? just curious...
second one is about a mag i'm growing... it's supposed to be a rare one, which i haven't seen anywhere yet..!! i'm trying to get rid of my "hacked" churrel.. that found out it was hacked short time ago... http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

P-Arm's Blade has a special attack that causes paralysis.

Yes, if a MAG has two PBs it won't learn a third one after becoming a special MAG. However, you can easily get a third PB on a MAG before it becomes a special. Just use a different class and/or ID character to feed the MAG to/on a level multiple of 5 and the MAG will change and thusly earn a third PB if it's a different PB.

Since someone already brought it up... Are the PAN-ARMS blades a "dagger type" like the CROSS SCAR or "twin Swords" type like the YAMATO??

pan arms blades would be daggers.
they were on V1 (i'm pretty sure) and there were no twin swords back in the day.
