i believ u need to find handgun guld and handgun mila and then combined hem some how to make Guld Mila!

Its really hard to get handgun milla and handgun guld though. Its practically inpossible because the Tollaw has a very stingy drop rate. Even if you do heat sword quests online all day you could possibly not even get it(like me). Not to mention that guld is just as hard getting it from a Gran Sorcerer. If you want the gun its easier if you just get a dupe.

A max grinded S-rank? Psycho guns apparently wont work with Droids, and I seriously doubt that anyone will ever find a Psycho Gun too. And possibly the Yas9000 if you have a Greennill id.

S-rank mechs suck. Get the Yasminkov9000m, or Red Mechs. Thats the other best two.

Or just annoy a level 20 person on Vega... and they'll offer you a mag, and ask for a weapon.
