Downloadable Quests

Does anyone have any word as to when the Downloadable quests are gonna come out?
And how we are going to be able to play them? and what some of them might entail?

Go to booyaka.com, they have the Japanese quest Letter from Lionel available for download. It works fine with the american PSO.
