Kits and Hearts

I have a Kit of Hamburger and a Heart of Chao..... I was just wondering how I use them. Are there certain MAGs that I have to combine them with or do I have to have a MAG cell or what?

For Hamburger, you use a Kaitabha. For Chao, all the stats have to be greater than 35.
