How do you get a Gods shield?

I have heard of many shields named Gods Shield [insert name here], one being God shield Genbuu ( I think ) Can somebody tell me where to find these shields? I feel pretty stooopid coz this is probably on the guides section but I can't find it http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif . Help?

They are A and B rank prizes for on and off line Cmode. If you get Srank the first time, just redo 2 cmode stages to get them. Full guides here,
