what about 1337 like 1337 legit or something

theres people that say "I'm tired of these 1337 legits." sooo?..

lol i figure out most of it myself and i dont see alot of it often since ive played online 3 times since i started PSO (my friend recently got online and i cant cuz i got aol)

Well, leet or "1337" (shudders at having actually typed that) comes from haxor, which is a real language my friends, oh yes indeed. Haxor was originally developed to create passwords that weren't as easily cracked as say, to pull up a movie reference, 'god' or 'sex' or some lame shit like that. Basically haxor is either numeric or alpha numeric representation of real words. For instance Hello translates to 43110. There are a few different variations of haxor, one is visual representation, there are other variations where each letter is assigned a number, such as A - 01, B- 02, C - 03.. or A - 26, B - 25, C - 24. Anyway.. to make a long story short, some dumb little hacker kids got the idea to make a chat language with haxor and call it Leet, and dubbed themselves {braces self) 1337 H4X0Rz. That's the basic gist anyway.
