The best way to find a rare enemy is to grab a sandwich and some coffee. Cause if your luck is as bad as mine you'll be piping for a while.

The best places to pipe are anywhere you know that there are a lot of that kind of enemy.

Like if your looking for al rappy's then pipe where there are a lot of rag rappy's like in the quest the fake in yellow. If your looking for hildeblues then the best place i know of would be in the quest with alicia baz. (Cant remember the name) but its the one where she comes with you to check out the animals on ragol.

As for other rare enemies. Like the Nar lily just pipe where there are a lot of poison ones.
