If you have a newman, and have an item that gradually increases tp, for example, spirit garments, do they stack?
And with spirit garments do you have to be standing still for it to recover?

yes and yes

Stacking works with all items (barring battle speed increase). 6 TP recovery types = 6 TP recovery abilities (I.E Natual ability + Spirit Garment + TP/Revival + TP/Revival + TP/Revival + TP/Revival = lots of TP recovery)

Spirit Garment recovers tp like any tp unit. No need to stand still.

Is it true that God/Batttles stack? Because I've heard several times that it doesn't.

he said, "baring battle". so battle is the only exception for stacking.

so, pb/create stacks as well? nice.

You can get up to seven TP Regen effects if you have a FO/HUnewearl with an Umbrella weapon.

Don't forget though, S-Ranks can now have the TP-Revival Ability embued into them.
