I'm getting the online cable and I was wondering if I can get any information on duping

If you mean how to dupe than I'm sorry but it's not allowed to be said here.

the only reason i dupe is back up my weapons because sonic team is not fixin the fsod.I dont give them out. I dont use weapons that others just drop in games, because thier obviously dupes. I use what i find and if its good, il make a backup copy because of fsod.

It's ok 2 dupe as long as you use them as a back up and don't give em away.

It isnt bad if you take dupped stuff if you are only going to use them offline.
