Buy rares at lv100?

i heard that when your lv 100 you can buy rares, such as Last Survivor. Is this true?

You used to be able to on DC but not any more on GC. My main character is 167 and the best he can buy is like 8 star weapons. You can only get the regular weapons but, they have really good specials and a max % of 50. So that means you can buy 50 hit mechs and what not. Thats about the best you can get from the shops though.

I'm a level 103 in ultimate mode, and I cant do that yet....

I too have heard that when you get to a higher level in ultimate mode you can buy some of the rares that go with your section ID... But I can't do it yet and don't know of anyone personally who can, so I can't say for sure

I've sold them so many rares.. You'd think they'd have them up for sale atleast once and a while.

well... its stopped in gc as that guy said and yes u were able to buy rares on dc when u got so high in lvl

yeah I don't think you can do that anymore..
but I don't know I haven't gotten to 100 in GC yet.
