what would be the best section id for finding special handguns or rifles

I honestly dont know. Just check the Item findings on this site ... click on every section ID and check what they find then make your decision that way. Thats how i picked what I wanted my force to be http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Greenill would be the best choice for Rifles and for the Handguns, every section ID has the max chance of getting a handgun. You may not even find swords in Greenill and shots aren't many either. Other than that, I would say everything else has a good chance of finding.

ive only played skyly and red, but with skyly for normal - vhard difficulty. all ive found are 4 types of guns. 2 handguns, and 2 rifles. skyly is more of a sword id though. ive found countless with it.
