West Tower Question

Say that i complete West Tower on a US server then goes back to a Euro server, will i be able to load West Tower then?

And if i complete it on US will the guy who add % to weapons still add to them on a Euro server???

You should be able to play the quest as many times as you want, on all of the servers. For Hopkins adding percents, if they have the quest updated on the EU servers, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to.

Well the west tower quest isent on Euro server yet... But if i complete it on US server will i still be able to add procent to a weapon on a Euro server?
That's the thing i wonder most about really...

sure, once its updated to the euro servers. for the game its not really important on what server you play.
