You mean Nei (instead of Rei)? The real one apparently drops from Ultimate Ill Gills on Viridia. I assume someone had to have found it since it's on the item list. I wish we had a pic of it though. I'm curious...

The drop rate is suppose to be through the roof, even worse than the PSYCHO WAND drop from a Del Lily for WHITILL. Somewhat surprising, since the PSYCHO WAND is a 12-star, and this new NEI'S CLAW is only an 11-star.

Uhh, I don't think it's been duped yet. As I said, the drop rate is termendously low.

I just checked the Barter Boards over at GameFAQs, and no one has it. It's definitely on everybody's "Want" list, but no one actually has it for trade.

I'm sure it's been found a few (and I mean few) times by now, but anyone who has it is obviously going to want to keep it "uber" for as long as possible.

The "nei's claw" that can be grinded to +25? Yeah its been dupes but dont know how common the dupe is yet.

I'm not angry about not being able to find it... I'm furious! Oh well, I still have a few lvls to got till I can even make it to the area where I can find the blasted thing.
