Any day. They're just like any other rare enemy, with the exception of the holiday rappies.

I've seen three Love Rappies during varying months, the most recent last week(First one I piped) when I got my FOmar Helios to Ult. They're the Temple rare variant, instead of Al/Pal Rappies, rare Temple Rappies are Love Rappies.
