Personally, I pipe for lily's in Addicting Food. Not only do I get a nice lot ot Poufilly Slimes as well, but there is a room with 6, so it's not too bad. It's also wonderful for experiance.

Yes, it's possible to get 9 lilies in one room to pipe with in Waterfall Tears. It's the one room in Caves 2 that has 5 lilies in it. You walk over to the locked door on your right and it will make 4 more lilies appear. It's the best possible place to pipe for lilies on Episode 1.
