XB-Item: item question

I'm fairly new to the Xbox version of PSO. Last night on hard mode, I found 2 items: Rappy's Wing and Grass Assassin's Arm. The description says someone can turn these into a weapon, but the special item dude in the shop won't change em.

So what do I do with this stuff? Also, if you have a link to a website that gives directions on what to do with items like this, toss me the link

No link but just beat Hunter's Guild missions.In some missions there will be a dorky lookin FOnewm named Dr.Montague what I did wuz after beating all the missions played the missions with Dr.Montague in it and he changes ur weps like G Assasins arms.
