What items do I need to create the black King bar? Where can I get them? Thanks.

Equip the Monkey King bar and then use the Blue-black stone on it. You get the Blue-black stone from turning in photon drops online, so you can only make a Black King Bar if you can go online. For more info, enter "Blue-black stone" into the search bar located under "Item Database" at the home page. Monkey King bar location can be found depending on your sec ID specified at the first URL on my post. Happy hunting!
