yes you do have to be online to see the different versions of meriacol, and no havent found the body yet..though I hear it's not worth finding =/

i think there is the slight chance that when you do jungle runs one of mericarols rare alter egos appears instead of it. correct me if i'm wrong but its treated like pal rappies and all other rare enemies are.

on the other hand, if you're able to go online - best place to find the rare forms are the tower quests and famitsu cup. good luck.

The east tower (I think it is East, anyways) has about 10 mericarols.

They are online quest only, you'll never see one doing a normal jungle run, online or offline

You dont have to be online to find them but if your offline only the chance that you will actually find them are like 150823573890476342634289635436457457 to 1.
