about summit moon....

ok, i am looking for a good force weapon, and people have mentioned to me that twinkle star and summit moon might be good ideas. now ive also heard things that twinkle star isnt that good, and if i get a star amp, it might do me better to use it on somthing else. so i am looking for a nice magic rock moola. first off, where would be the easiest place to find this rock, and second, ive heard many things about what techs it boosts, ranging from all, to just the simple ones. anyways, the guide says just simple class 30% tech boosts, is this right, and where can i get a magic rock moola, ive got 7 IDs at least in vhard, the only ones im missing are oran, redria, and whitil. also, is summit moon worthy getting?

The Summit Moon boosts simple techs by 30% and the Twinkle Star boosts them by 20%. They both boost your MST by 55. So you can probably see why the Summit Moon is more popular. From what I've seen, a difference of a 10% boost isn't going to make much of a difference in Ult.
