Can you guy's help me with two rare weapons?

One more question. Can you use any type of cane or wand to get them? Like even a rare weapon?

I believe you can use anything under the Wand Series link. Not too sure. But why use a rare? :/

Buy a Wand or Staff type weapon with Good percents, seeing as Percents carry over to the new weapon. I'm planning to make a Twinkle Star when my FOmar gets to level 100. All I need is a good percent Wand.

I was just thinking that maybe a rare weapon would make a more powerful summit moon or twinkle star.

I mainly use wand type weapons with my fonewearl, but i sometimes use the club of laconium with her also.
