XBox: Offline Multi Difficulty

I'm having difficulties when trying to play the game on hard offline. For some reason my friends and I can't go straight to any area other than the Forest or Temple even though we have beaten the bosses in those areas. Does anyone know why?

Mainly because offline Multi-Mode is on the same difficulty level that ONLINE Mode is (I believe.) At least it sure as hell has seemed that way for me.

i agree. i think offline multi dif=online dif but that also means that offline multi exp=online exp so thats the good part about it

You can start in other areas if the first character loaded has beaten them in solo Offline.
