Help with a few items.

I'm sure I'm going to get a few shots about being a n00b for starting this topic, but oh well.......

I need help getting these items:

Sonic Knuckle
Lavis Blade
Double Cannon
Dark Flow

Any help will be appreciated.

sonic knuckle comes from easter eggs
dark flow is from parasitic gene flow and a sword
the other two come from monsters to see which check the guides

[Blue-Hawk]

lavis blades are made with a lavis cannon and two synchesta's. they cannot be found.

Does any of you know if I actually can find a Kasami Bracer from a Bulclaw in Ruins Ult with a Oran. There are no confirms, so that's why I ask if you know.
