Cancel HL

ok, so i'm sick of this game. only one problem: i can't figure out how to cancel my HL. i've got the xbox version, and sega doesn't have PSO listed on the xbox portion of their site. so, please help me dear friends.

Call 1-800-4-my-xbox

Tell them you want to cancel your HL. They ask a couple of questions to verify it's your live account, then they ask why you want to cancel, then they say that you can't play anymore (even if you have time left on your HL).
