The database here says the usage requirements go by ATP. However, I've found a database somewhere else that says the requirement is MST-based. Normally I'd go with the PSOW database, but since there's a precedent for Partisans that require MST (like the Plantain Huge Fan), and the seed of doubt's already been planted, I've had to resort to the giant human database of this forum. Does any here actually have the Umbrella/Parasol, and if so, can you tell me what you need to have to use these weapons? Thanks a lot!
