Im sorry to say but unfortunatly no,you can only recieve mag Cells from the Halloween Rappy and Santa Rappy.easter rappy only gave items this year/which brings up another question is it possible for Sega Team to switch up what the Holliday Rappies drop?

Depends on which version you play. DC and PC, yes. GC and XBox, no.

to prevent offline cheaters, yes. each holiday rappy is found the day of the holiday in its name.. it would only be too easy for offline users to switch their GC dates to dec 25.
