GC-Item: I NEED HELP !!!!!

How in God's name do you use the special for the FO weapon called the Windmil ?!? All it says is hold the wind energy, then... NOTHING! I would greatly appreciate ANY help on the way to use it. Thanx.

swing it a few times and the blades will spin. then, use the special attack command and it will launch a slicer-type attack.
