My account expired cause of the credit card has expired and i cant log back in my account to change my credit card number cause it says that it isnt in their data base so i went to try to creat a new one but my serial number and access key are already registired and i sure im puting my account name and password in correctly

you don't remember your log in info? If you have your email address you used to register they will send you your user name and password. THen you would have to go to Edit Account and change the billing info.

im puting my account and password in correctly but it keeps saying my info is not in there data base
