GC: MAG Help

Ok I have a Level 30 RAcast with a Level 100 Madhu, 120% synchro with 187 IQ and stats are 15/54/24/7 how do I get this thing to evolve or will i need a MAG Cell.

It will go all the way to level 200 as a Madhu if you don't change its stat ratio. Here's a page that shows the necessary ratio for each mag, which varies depending on your Section ID and class.
