best place to find charge vulcans is probably the store...

you can find vulcans on any level....just go play in ultimate and you will find them. I find lots...get them all and check %s....look for good hit

I'm 122 and the store doesn't sell for me yet... the higher it goes is gatling..!! I heard they sell vulcans after a certain lvl, which i cant remember.!! but i find vulcans everywhere in ultimate.!! got me a heart vulcan with 30% hit that i found a few days ago..!! so keep playing ult, that's the place to find it..!!! http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

There's barely a difference between Gatlings and Vulcans. Just look for high Hit and a good special. Gatlings look better anyways since they're red. ^_-; Charge Gatling 30% Hit = pwnage.
