2 questions. One. Can i find a tp material in offline mode? and two. Do hp materials add to the total amount of materials i can use?

2) no, because it only makes your hp increase

tp mats can only be found in challenge mode (i'm not sure about battle), at least, i've only found them in c-mode http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif
