Good point Kat not to mention that the majority of PSO Gamecube players.

(A)Are running off of the 56k modem and do not have the proper resources to use PSO PROXY.

or

(B)Have the proper resources like a router hub etc...etc..and simply are not able find a Gamecube BBA.Most places seem to have a gamecube modem shortage overall from what i have heard.

or

(C)But in my personal opinion isnt it more of a natural instinct,to quit the game save then go tekk that badboy and give it a trial run?

Well said. Max's constant threads about legit item x or legit item y are tiresome. If someone posts in here that they find a cool rare, thats awesome and I'll congratulate them, but to post a new thread every other day about finding something smacks of someone who craves attention. Max, if you found a legit sealed, thats great but you need to understand that these constant threads just make people not care about what you find. It comes off as bragging instead of being just a cool find. Since you are SOOOOOOOOOOOO obsessed with "pics" of all these untekked legit items, why not create a website to showcase your items or the items of others. It would be a great way to display all your killer finds and the finds of others that would be deemed exceptional. I'm creating a similiar site to showcase different types of pics (more later after its closer to being done LOL).

Also I forgot to ask, why are you so interested in what other people are finding. By that I mean, you're asking for stats and whether its tekked or untekked and I'm just curious as to why you care about them. Yes, I do indeed own a Legit Sealed J-Sword ...

I try to help out a few other people on this site if they are looking for one, I do not like to brag, but telling others of my findings usually inspires others, and reminds them that it IS "findable"
yeah... just a reminder that I did only172 Seaside runs on my HUmar, along with lotsa crappy findings (most of which are in currently the Salvation Army)

And as far as "Third Legit Psycho Wand fournd by a US player"... that can just go shove it, as I have a few offline friends that started piping for it since October. Most of them have it already. but NOBODY makes a damn trend about themselves because they found something. I personally, try to help my friends as they have more time than me to play PSO, I usually give them some of the "online-only" things I find

I don't know anything about your Sealed J-Sword because you did not respond to any of my questions:

Please tell me why your Sealed J-Sword is legitimate...

as far as I'm concerned,
it IS possible to find it online,
it IS possible to find it offline,
it IS possible to find it with percents,
it IS possible to find it without percents,
it IS possible that I tekked it,
it IS possible that I leave it untekked.

what do THESE variables have to do with legitamacy of the sword ??

Maximus, hasn't it occurred to you that there might've been a Sealed J by a US player (should that be relevant or not, I or others don't see the difference in finding it because they are simply in the US), but that person might not visit places like PSO World?

People have found legit sealed swords. I'm betting theres over 100+ in the US alone, probably alot more. And honestly, what does it matter? I play offline, solo, and I've never seen one. But I trust the people at PSO-World enough to know that most people here are legit, and wouldn't lie about finding something.

Do you enjoy this sort of stuff? Im not being hard on you, but you really do seem to be asking for a lot of crap to be heaped on you. Im not going to judge you as that is no-ones place but your own to do, but i really do need to understand something.

I can understand you wanting to create a "better world" but, slandering other people and calling them liars does not create a powerful foundation for anything. If you wanted to create a better world, you need to start small. All things come to he who waits.

While I agree with some of your views I believe you have warped them into something that is verging on completely taking them out of context. Does it really matter that bob says he got his SJ Sword on his first run of ULT seaside. Heck I just had the stupidest run of my life ever, get a load of this.

Skyly, Level 55 -> 58 Fake In Yellow (6 runs, double pipe in the last room with 2 sets of 7 rappies). 2 Angel Harps from 12 Pal Rappies 15% Macine on both. Pretty BS right? Well then get this

Skyly, Level 58 -> 59 Addicting Food (1 run, if there were more than 3 lillies, i piped until a mil popped up, killed the mil then repeat). 4 Sange from 8 Mil Lillies. 1-4 drops nothing, EVERY mil after drops a sange (10% Native), (2x 15% Dark) (25% A.beast).

I say this and sure, I know that I am telling the truth and I suppose if anyone wanted proof, I could take a digital camera shot of my TV and send them the picture. But not everyone can, sometimes words HAVE TO BE ENOUGH. You can take your choice if you do or do not believe them but dont go broadcasting it to the world. I would hope that the state of the world does not demand that i provide SOLID proof to back up anything and everything that i say or type. Indeed if it has reached that point I would probably be on your side Maxy, but, its not. People do not have to provide unwavering proof in your face. Its not your place to judge others the same as it is no-one else's place to judge you for your actions (this of course still means that you abide by the laws under which you signed up to PSO World).

But with that in mind, some things are better off not said.

As for the State of the Findings database, I have yet to run into a single thing wrong with it. I have used 4 ID's (ORAN, VIRIDIA, REDRIA and SKYLY) and for anything i have been after, I have gotten it from exactly what the database has said. If you have disputes with it, Im sure there are ways to go about rectifying the situation. Email an admin or something, tell them what you believe is false. Most people enjoy completeness and perfection, they will listen.

If I create a thread asking for someone with a LEGIT Sealed J-Sword and someone decides to provide details about it then that is his/her choice...I am not forcing anyone to tell me anything...you read the details about the first LEGIT Sealed J-Sword I have ever heard of...I have said nothing about it...I know what I think about it though...
