Do love rappies appear offline?

Yes, Love Rappies are not holiday rappies, they will appear offline. My brother saw one offline in normal vr temple, a day or two after we got the game (which was christmas).

I've seen three of them, Got two very lovely items. Sigh of a God, and God/Luck. Safe to say, I'm quite fond of the pink things.
