Lately, I've been getting to bed pretty early (from 2-3) compared to the school year.

A kid in my class goes to bed at 8:30 every night--he says he's cranky if he stays up past then.

When I was in school: 6:30am- 2 or 3am the next day.(Sometimes only 1am, sometimes 4am)

When I was out of school and not working: 24-36 hours of being awake at once, and then sleeping 8-10 hours to do it again.

Working: 7am until midnight or 1am, sometimes 2am if I can't get to sleep.

I enjoy being left alone and silence, so obviously I enjoyed being awake when everything else was asleep.

I stay up until about 7 or 8 in the morning, then sleep from 8 to 12-1.

On a normal college night, I will sleep from about 12 midnight - 1am and wake up at 7:30am. On weekends, I might stay up until 2-3am but ever since my summer holidays have started, I have been sleeping at around 7.00-7:30am and waking up at 4-5pm. By the time I wake up, I have totally wasted a day and can't really do anything else.
I totally blame it on the hot weather recently and also my very comfortable bed. I am the kind who does this basically:

10am: Wake up. 'Damn, just 1 more hour of sleep and I will wake up'.

12am: Wake up. 'Damn, just 1 more hour of sleep and I WILL wake up'.

2am: Wake up. 'Dammit, too comfortable, sleep for a bit more'.

5am: Wake up. 'Ok, better wake up now before my parents lecture me again about my laziness'.

Totally unhealthy.

wake up- anywhere between 11 AM-1 PM, depending on what I have to do, how late I stayed up, how loud it is outside my room, etc. and I will proceed to stay up usually till 2 AM.

Between 2 or 3 am considering the amount of times I stay up randomly from 12:00 to 8:00, it must give something close to such an unaccurate result.

You don't have the 6 to 7 option so i guess i'll go with the next best thing.

I have insomnia so i usually don't get very much to any sleep at all.

I wish I could still stay up that late--but I quit drinking pop recently, and my body can't last without caffeine.

Anyone else know any good methods to staying awake?

I usually being awake till 2:00AM to 3:00AM then I start to sleep 4:00AM. I guess sometimes my boredness can easily make me sleep in the daytime.

I'm naturally a night owl. Unless I -have- to be up during the day, my sleep habits always shift towards sleeping during the day and waking up at night. *shrug*
Usually, though, I'm pretty irregular. Sleep at night one day, sleep during the day the next, go 2-3 days without sleep, sleep for 13 hours straight... Longest I've ever slept is the time my mother made me take a Greyhound bus to get home for the holidays from Memphis. It of course left late at night, and I had been on one of my not-sleeping things, so I'd been up all day, the preceeding night, the day before that, and the night before that. And sleep on a Greyhound is not an option. By the time I finally got home at around noonish EST, I collapsed into bed. I woke up the next day... At 1pm. Yep. 25 hours. Boy did I have to take a leak.

I work a 10pm to 2am shift at work 3 nights a week.
After a Shift because I'm feeling wide awake from running around all Night it's a pain in the ass just to try N get straight to sleep after work, So I normally go bed around 4am.
This'd be fine but During the Weekend I have to FORCE myself to go bed Before 12 (at the Very Latest) as I have to get up for 5.30am for the day Shift!
So My sleeping habits are all over the place!

I usually go to bed at 1-2 AM, cause i have to get up at 6 in the morning to go to work. There is not enough time after work to get everything done that i wanna do.

I usually go to bed at night actually, as opposed to in the morning, from 10-12. I get up nice and early, between 5 and 8. Yes, in the summer.

Midnight, 1 am on the maximum. That's when I stay at home, when I go out I may sleep later.

But I know I do wrong, as I like to get up early. I hate it when I wake up at 11.

5:07am here in the UK right now. Everyone went to sleep 2 hours ago. Well, it's gonna take me like 2 hours to fall asleep. Falling asleep is so hard for me but waking up is the hardest, hence why I have been waking up at 4-5pm for the last week or so.
I usually switch on the TV and keep it on the music channels when I wake up at around 2-3pm but even that's not enough to keep me from having another 1-2 hours of sleep.
