When in the Lobby you normlly have your name above you, press the R trigger you get your lvl, if you press the right trigger again you get your W/L stats again your get the forth thing and that is the thing in question...

I normally took this forth one as 'labels off', but a resently saw with this third option 'Ro-OUC' or somthing like that over a group off ppls heads. Now is this some sort of clan tagging system, if so how does it work?

That fourth R button causes the Challenge-Mode Titles to show up. They are things like Ra-Gou and such, and they are colorcoded.

thanks for clearing that up, shame the instrution book doesn't tell you everything

There is a real game manual about this game on xbox.com. But to see it you have to have Abode Reader plug-in.
