On the quest Soul of a black smith I cannot find the blue mineral, and I have tansversed the entire cave 3 area, it's no where to be found!

Where is it?

I guess you have checked the map for the quest.

It's in a small round room located a little behind you to your left when you walk into the room I think. It's on the wall, you'll see the little sparkling thing.
