Online Section ID [Archive]

I know when your playing online it goes by the ID of the person who made the game....if they leave does it change or stay the same?

I'd assume it stays the same. Since it goes by the ID of who made the game, and even though they left they still made that game.

I'd imagine it stays the same. After all, one person can leave while the others are still hunting, so the drops would have to switch mid fight...

It changed to the person who has been there the longest. So if I made a game and then you joined, and we played for 20 minutes, when I drop your ID takes over. It was like this since DC days and I know it's true because I dropped from and my freinds Viridia ID took over, that's why I got an flame visit from a merlan and not the red mechs I was hunting for. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

Does this pertain to Offline multiplayer also? Whoever is first player is the one whos section ID everyone hunts from?

yes it goes by the first player
