How do you change animal parts such as delsabers left arm into weapons? If anyone knows please tell me, I'd really appreciate it.

How do you get him to notice you animal part. Because I just talked to him and he just went on about Elenor being gone.

I believe it's after all the Quests are completed, I've never tried Dr. Ostos Research, I always did my conversions in Unsealed Door.

yea you have to complete all of the quests then you go back to one of those and he will do it

I just completed unsealed door but he still won't change the animal part into a weapon for me.

As stated earlier, you must complete ALL of the quests, not just that one.
