Soul of a blacksmith is a good spot to start, otherwise you can try The Alica quests. (forgot the name. >_<)

Go through Forest two ALOT do an excavation. Help PSOW as well as yourself.

If you want a lot of Tollaws really fast, then I would say use Mop Up 1.

This quest has the last room which is -totally- packed with Tollaws, as well as the long room (F1)which has like 8 or so of them all at once. It's a great quest to do if you're strong and quick.
-Very fast action
-Tons of Forest enemies, so if you're not that high of DEF and EVP, you don't have to worry about getting clobbered in 1 hit.
-Tollaw-mania in the final room
-A quick quest, no trudging about thru F2.
-Only drawback is that you fail if you're not fast enough

I knew a HUcaseal who used it to get their Lavis. I think it took 45+ runs. Good luck finding a cool legit weapon!

I'm gunna have to go with Heat Sword 1 for them, each has the same number of Monest, and nearly exactly the same number of Wolfs. The difference is that MopUp 1 has 37(unwanted) booma/gobooma, while Heat Sword has 25. Heat Sword = More Gigobooma/Tollaw bang for your buck =P

Plus theres no time limit

I used Heat Sword to hunt down my Red Handgun from Tollaw. Good luck though, i had to run that quest about 80+ times to get just that one drop.
