I did it at 102-103 with a RAmar. I had only 700 HP then. I would recommend you have atleast 1000 HP to be a little safe.

Just beat him today with my FOmar with 680 HP. Granted I used up 3 Scape Dolls, but still.

Ouchies... i first beat him when i was like lvl 70 with my HUcaseal... i had like 10 scape dolls so I guess that doesnt really count...
