What ? A power " OPA OPA " mag

Man what is really going on to the world of PSO? I understand that there are a few hacked mags like that pink 200 mind sato and i think theres a hacked 200 power black one also. But im stuck now because a guy was trading a 100+ power opa opa mag isnt that mag suppose to be like mind 100 + just for a force right?I can understand its hacked but shouldnt they have had to make a mind mag first in order to use the opa opa cell?

Dont think so. Back on DC my friend had a gameshark and he made a chao mag out of a lvl 8 mag.
