Ramen is already disgustingly over-salty as it is. I literally cannot eat the stuff. Even if I add about a quarter of the packet, drain off the broth-type crap and then rinse it, it's still too salty. o_O Maybe I just have a really low salt tolerance or something, but... Bleh.

I like salty food o_O?

It tastes too bland by itself, so I pour in a nice amount of salt, usually enough to lay on the top layer of noodles, and as I eat I put more on.

Then again, I'm incredibly picky, to the point that I'll eat about once or twice a day, and not very much at that, usually fairly bland food. I like chicken and fish and some kinds of vegtables. ...Damn it, I eat nothing and what I do eat is actually vaguely healthy, and I still can't lose even a shred of weight. Ugh. I need to find a situation where I can actually exercise, this place is too small to do anything in. >_<;;;

actually it's not bad if you add your own stuff to it, other meats, veggies, etc.

Of types of ramen the one pictured is the worst >_<

y'all need to go to the Chinese Market or China Town or whatever ethnic store you might have and try all the other types.

My favorite are Thai Ramen... I don't know what they are called since they are in Thai and I can't actually read it. It's so spicy I can only put in half the seasoning packet.

The best that I've gotten in the states is probably this Pad Thai stuff... didn't taste anything like Pad Thai but it was still yummy.

Maybe I'll post my Ramen Review here sometime when I'm bored.

I dunno if you have this type of ramen over there but I have this small pack enough for one which comes in different colours, for different flavours. People who know what I'm talking about will know it has a small boy holding a bowl of noodles on front. Title is in Japanese I think so I don't know the English name for it. Red is Plain, Green is Chicken, Brown is Beef, Pink is Prawn, Red/Orange is Spicy Curry (so nice!), Orange is Curry, Light Blue is Seafood and, erm...can't remember the rest. I usually buy big boxes of one flavour but it gets boring too quickly. My favourite keeps changing, first it was Chicken, then Seafood, then Chicken again, then Spicy Curry and now Beef. Erm....like beef lol.

Tried picking out the onions myself since I couldn't find the sieve but gave up in the end. Thank god they are small so that I can't taste them.

Yea, I usually eat the left over ones as well! Once had like half of it dry before I even added water! Sometimes I can't resist licking a bit of the spicy powder thing from the packet as well.
